Families go through so many changes.  Moving from one home or one city to another.  Job changes that precipitate lifestyle changes.  A new sibling.  Separation or divorce.  The death of a parent or child.  An injury to a family member.

Small or large, each produces anxiety and stress.  For each change there is a need to cope with the fracture of the old world and assembly of the new.

Every family member is different...in methods for coping, in communication skills, in stages of development, in values, in sensitivity--combining to produce a house full of people each with a unique capacity for handling change.

In this series we'll explore many of these areas and learn skills and methods for dealing with these changes.  Expect a lot of laughter and possibly a few tears.  Join us!
